Joe Skipper
Joe knows that peptides, hormone therapy, regenerative wellness, and everything else we offer is the future of successful medicine, and he’s excited for what this future looks like for all patients of Cellular Health and Aesthetics. His mission is to guide and equip every person with the tools they need to transform their lives, empowering them on a journey of personal growth. Using his expertise, he provides education and direction tailored specifically for each individual’s objectives.
Devon Hamilton
Devon Hamilton is a Registered Medical Assistant with an Associate of Applied Science degree and 20 years of clinical experience, including 15 years in surgical dermatology and five years supporting hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss.
Her hands-on experience includes assisting with surgical procedures, phlebotomy, IV administration, injections, patient care, and triage. She works closely with providers to support treatment plans and help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their care.
Devon brings a compassionate approach and attention to detail to every patient interaction. She is dedicated to building trusting relationships and helping patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their care.

Quianna LeBlanc, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Quianna LeBlanc is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than five years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Her approach blends clinical expertise with an appreciation for natural, individualized results, helping patients look and feel like the best version of themselves.
Her aesthetic experience includes neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory treatments, medical-grade skincare, microneedling, and radiofrequency microneedling. She also provides care in medical weight management, peptide therapy, metabolic wellness, and hormone optimization.
At Cellular Health and Aesthetics, Quianna plays an active role in the women’s hormone therapy program, providing patient consultations, reviewing laboratory findings, educating patients on treatment options, coordinating individualized care, and monitoring patients throughout treatment in collaboration with the practice’s medical team.
Quianna earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is nationally certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is passionate about creating a patient experience that is approachable, evidence-informed, and highly personalized—whether a patient is pursuing aesthetic treatment, improving metabolic health, or navigating changes in hormonal wellness.

Jessica Pierce
Beyond her frontline duties, Jessica extends her expertise to the financial side of the operations, gracefully handling payroll and accounts receivable. She also handles complex options that make things better for our patients, like Care Credits, Cherry Payments, Gift Cards and much more. Her steadfast hand truly keeps things moving.
Commended for her outstanding contributions, Jessica has earned increased responsibilities, as well as the trust of her colleagues and management at Cellular Health and Aesthetics. She has set a benchmark for what it means to be a dedicated, innovative, and efficient Office Manager.
Cheyenne Fernandez
Cheyenne’s philosophy centers on treating each patient as she would a beloved member of her own family. By purposefully listening closely to each of her clients’ specific goals, Cheyenne works collaboratively to design tailored treatment plans that achieve beautiful, natural, long-lasting results.
Cori Taylor
What do you get when you mix military precision, surgical expertise, and a love for aesthetics? You get Cori Taylor, Cellular Health’s very own Swiss Army. Cori is a certified aesthetic injector with 4 years of injecting experience, and an arsenal of skills that could make a wrinkle tremble. Think Botox, fillers, PDO threads, RF microneedling, laser, fat dissolving, facial balancing, and even non-surgical butt lifts. Yes, your glow-up is in seriously good hands.
Cori served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army, where she honed her discipline, attention to detail, and “we-can-do-better-than-basic” attitude. After earning her BSN from Northern Illinois University in 2007 (with honors), she spent over a decade in pre/post-surgery, where she leveled up her understanding of patient care and medical precision.
Cori Taylor isn’t here to sell you cookie-cutter beauty. She’s here to listen, customize, and deliver the results you’re looking for. At Cellular Health, every session with Cori is a collaborative masterclass in aesthetic artistry backed by science. Because, as Cori likes to say, “Why settle for good when you can have glowing?”
When she’s not busy transforming faces or dissolving fat (bye-bye, stubborn areas!), Cori can be found at the softball field cheering on the kids or relaxing at Lake Martin with her husband and two daughters.
Megan Williams
Megan Williams brings an energetic, welcoming approach to the front desk at Cellular Health and Aesthetics. As Front Office Coordinator, she helps keep the day organized and moving, making patients feel comfortable from their first hello. She will be working in Newnan, where she now lives.
Her background in food service brings valuable customer service experience to her new role. Megan understands the importance of clear communication, attention to detail, and staying calm when the day gets busy. She looks forward to supporting patients and the clinical team while learning the medical wellness field.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her two daughters and their dog. She also likes working out and staying active, bringing that same energy to her role with the Cellular Health and Aesthetics team.

Amy Potts
Amy Potts brings ten years of experience in oral surgery and a patient-focused approach to her role as a Medical Assistant at Cellular Health and Aesthetics’ Peachtree City location. She enjoys working with patients, helping them feel comfortable, and supporting the care that helps them look and feel their best.
Amy’s background includes work as a Surgical Assistant and Surgical Coordinator, along with experience as a Medical Assistant, Radiologic Technologist, and certified phlebotomist. Her experience with X-ray imaging, IV therapy, and surgical support has given her a strong foundation in clinical preparation, attention to detail, and coordinated patient care. She understands how much clear communication and a reassuring presence can mean to someone preparing for a procedure or exploring a new treatment.
At Cellular Health and Aesthetics, Amy will bring that experience to supporting patients and the clinical team in Peachtree City. Her enthusiasm for helping people aligns with the practice’s commitment to thoughtful, personalized care throughout each patient’s wellness journey. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and children.
Taylor Fowler
Taylor Fowler supports Cellular Health & Aesthetics at both our Newnan and Peachtree City locations, bringing a welcoming presence and an organized approach to the everyday details that keep a practice moving. She provides weekend front desk coverage and assists with administrative responsibilities and payment processing, helping support patients and the team behind the scenes.
With an approachable personality and a thoughtful communication style, Taylor helps make the front desk a comfortable place to ask questions and find assistance. She understands that a positive patient experience begins with the first greeting and continues through the small details of each visit. Whether helping someone get oriented or coordinating with a team member, she brings patience, courtesy, and a willingness to help.
As the daughter of Joe and Jessica, Taylor shares a personal connection to the practice and its commitment to the community. Many people remark that she is the spitting image of her beautiful mom—a family resemblance that brings an extra touch of familiarity to the office. Through her own work and growing responsibilities, Taylor is making her place on the team and helping both locations feel welcoming, organized, and ready to serve.
